Asshole eludes bike patrol for 15 minutes and lands in the lake with police jumping in after him

Bike Patrol jumps in to the Lake to catch a Offender who eluded police and falls in to the drink by the old coast gaurd center on 63rd Street (Hayes Dr) . Marine unit called,  340 with a ladder in the Squad is able to pull both to safety. Way to go 340 and all the uniforms on the lake. EMS was called for both.
