Prison chaplain: Group prayer banned because of security

Artical 3 of the United States Constitution clearly states and I quote " Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War , or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, of Forfeiture of the guilty parties Life."

So now I ask you this Why is this man who was caught be U.S. Marines still living. This man aided the enemy fired on U.S. Military and is a U.S. Citizen. I said this and called DC out on it when he was arrested. Again this should show all of you that our elected officials do not care about our constitution. They allow this man to live and they are trying to sign a U.N gun treaty. Read the article below this man should not be alive and should be greatful with what he is recieving.

The federal prison system strives to accommodate inmates' religious beliefs, when possible, but it can't allow daily group prayer for American Taliban fighter John Walker Lindh and other Muslims because of security and logistical concerns, the prison system's head chaplain said.

The rule allowing only supervised group prayer at federal prisons was put in place following a 2004 Inspector General's Office report that raised concerns about efforts to radicalize Muslim inmates after the Sept. 11 attacks, Michael R. Smith Sr., the U.S. Bureau of Prisons' chief chaplain, testified Monday. Lindh, who aided the Taliban during the 2001 U.S.-led invasion of Afghanistan, is one of 24 Muslims among the 43 inmates in the prison unit.
Lindh claims the prison policy flouts a 1993 law restraining the government from curtailing religious expression without showing it has a compelling interest.

What this fuck fails to realize is that law applies to the Genevia Convention and not non military combatiants so the convention law does not apply to you fucks you lost that when you commited the act of treason bitch.
The government claims in court documents that Lindh delivered a radical sermon to other Muslim prisoners in February. It also says he delivered the sermon entirely in Arabic, which is not allowed under Bureau of Prison regulations that require all speech but ritual prayers to be in English.
Again our laws they do not care about so why are they still breathing mainly the one who was caught firing a weapon on U.S. military.
In 2001, Lindh was captured in Afghanistan by U.S. troops and accused of fighting for the Taliban. Raised Catholic, the California native was 12 when he saw the movie "Malcolm X" and became interested in Islam. He converted to Islam at age 16. Walker told Newsweek after his capture that he had entered Afghanistan to help the Taliban build a "pure Islamic state."

In 2002, Lindh pleaded guilty to supplying services to the now-defunct Taliban government and carrying explosives for them. He had been charged with conspiring to kill Americans and support terrorists, but those charges were dropped in a plea agreement. He was transferred to the Terre Haute prison in 2007.He is eligible for release in 2019.

Fuck that If he is released I will gun him down my self what is a jury going to do to me nothing.
