Chicago Mayor a Bully or a theif you decied

Don't worry I am talking nice to your face now but wait till your back is turned cause then I am going to fuck you in the ass I will be nice and use KY unlike Daley my little assholes.

Mayor Rahm Emanuel is pushing for a vote at Wednesday's City Council meeting on his controversial plan to attract private companies to pay for public works projects despite lingering questions from aldermen.
“For 30 years, we have discussed the crumbling infrastructure of the city of Chicago,” Emanuel said today at an unrelated news conference. “Everybody’s talked about it, now the difference is we’re going to do something about it.”
After five hours of debate on Monday a council committee approved the plan to create a Chicago Infrastructure Trust on a close vote. Questions remain about whether enough safeguards are in place for the trust, a five-member group of mayoral appointees that will help decide how to raise and spend hundreds of millions of dollars to rebuild the city.
Emanuel introduced the ordinance at the March council meeting. His administration revised that proposal on Friday afternoon.
“We’ve debated this long enough,” Emanuel said. “And the question is, are we going to do something about it or not?”
