Obama prepairness to send a bill killing your 2nd Ammendment right

In an email sent out over the weekend by the Democratic Party, President Barack Obama urges followers to join him in the effort to enact stricter gun laws.

"We have not gone more than eight days without a mass shooting in this country this year," Obama begins in the email. "That means that each week, more families are grieving, more communities are being pieced back together. As a nation, we're holding everyone affected by these heartbreaking events in our prayers."

But, he adds, prayers aren't enough. The email links to a Democrats.org webpage where recipients can add their name to a petition to support the cause.

NRA NEWS: Illinois: Cook County Board of Commissioners Proposes Tax on Your Constitutional Rights

NRA has learned that a proposal will be introduced on Monday to impose a tax on firearms and ammunition, similar to proposals reported on in the past.

This proposal creates a tax on firearm purchases, and would therefore penalize law-abiding gun owners for exercising their fundamental right to keep and bear arms.  By definition, holders of a valid FOID card are the only persons legally permitted to purchase a firearm in Illinois, and therefore are the only persons subject to this tax – not the criminals responsible for the violence on the streets of Chicago.  Studies by the Bureau of Justice Statistics have shown that less than one percent of state prison inmates who were behind bars for a firearm-related crime obtained their firearms from gun shops. Instead, most obtain guns through theft or black market transactions.

As gun ownership and legal carrying of firearms elsewhere have risen to all-time highs, the nation’s murder rate has fallen to nearly an all-time low, and both the nation’s murder rate and its total violent crime rate have fallen by half in the last 20 years.  Despite all evidence to the contrary, Cook County politicians continue to blame law-abiding gun owners and legal, licensed dealers, for their failure to respond appropriately to the problems plaguing their community.

As Chicago-area jurisdictions have learned in court, the right to keep and bear arms is fundamental, and any revenue raised by this additional burden on citizens exercising that right is likely to be consumed by costly litigation and attorney’s fees.  Federal and Illinois courts have consistently held that discriminatory taxes on the exercise of fundamental rights are unconstitutional.  For example, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a tax on the cost of paper and ink used to produce publications because “[a] power to tax differentially, as opposed to a power to tax generally, gives a government a powerful weapon against the taxpayer selected.”  Minneapolis Star and Tribune Co. v. Minnesota Com’r of Revenue, 460 U.S. 575 (1983).  Likewise, the Illinois Supreme Court struck down a surcharge on marriage license fees to fund domestic violence programs because people “forced by the tax imposed to alter their marriage plans” would suffer “a serious intrusion into their freedom of choice in an area in which [the court had] held such freedom to be fundamental.”  Boynton v. Kusper, 494 N.E.2d 135 (Ill. 1986).

The Cook County Commissioners are proposing to continue a failed policy of passing illegitimate and ineffective legislation in order to unfairly burden honest citizens and drive lawful businesses out of Cook County.

The Village of Indian Head Park overbilled Lyons Township for police services and kept money from tickets written in unincorporated Lyons Township, according to a lawsuit filed in Cook County.

John Kielczynski, a La Grange Highlands resident and a retired police officer, filed the lawsuit in February on behalf of Lyons Township against the Village of Indian Head Park. The suit was unsealed Oct. 7.

Obama caught in another lie

The New York Times has informed us that
despite repeated pledges not to put "boots on the ground" in Syria, President Obama is inserting 50 U.S. special ops troops into that country, with more to follow.

Right now this very second Obama ordered U.S. A-10 "warthog" attack planes have been moved into Incirlik Air Base in Turkey, close to Syria.

Hillary Clinton, who has called for arming Syrian rebels to bring down Bashar Assad, is urging Obama to establish a no-fly zone inside Syria.

Citing Clinton and Gen. David Petraeus, John McCain is calling for a no-fly zone and a safe zone in Syria, to be policed by U.S. air power.

"How many men, women and children," McCain asks, "are we willing to watch being slaughtered by the Russians and Bashar al-Assad?"

Yet, if we put U.S. forces onto sovereign Syrian territory, against the will and resistance of that government, that is an act of war. Would we tolerate Mexican troops in Texas to protect their citizens inside our country?

Would we, in the Cold War, have tolerated Russians in Cuba telling us they were establishing a no-fly zone for all U.S. warplanes over the Florida Strait and Florida Keys?

Obama has begun an escalation into Syria's civil war, and not only against ISIS and the al-Nusra Front, but against Syria's armed forces.

Mission creep has begun. The tripwire is being put down. Yet, who authorized Obama to take us into this war? The Russians and Iranians are in Syria at the invitation of the government. But Obama has no authorization from Congress to put combat troops into Syria.

Neither the al-Nusra Front nor ISIS has an air force.

Against whom, then, is this Clinton-McCain no fly-zone directed, if not Syrian and Russian warplanes and helicopters?

Is America really prepared to order the shooting down of Russian warplanes and the killing of Russian pilots operating inside Syria with the approval of the Syrian government?

We had received news from the
Department of Homeland Security that they had received a memo of an off-the-record meeting shows that President Barack Obama's administration is considering defying a federal judge's injunction against issuing work permits to illegal immigrants, Ian M. Smith writes at The Hill.

We also found out that the banks are trying to push for a worldwide currency without carrying cash.

The IMF will review the currencies included in its currency basket and are reviewing the Yuan as a possible alternative. IMF Chief Christine Lagarde says, it's not a question of if, it’s a question of when. Experts say this will send trillions of dollars moving around the world within days.  This announcement is expected to trigger one of the most profound transfers of wealth in our lifetime.

China’s goal to attain endorsement of the yuan as a reserve currency will be achieved this year, according to most economists surveyed by Bloomberg. Global yuan adoption is on the rise as China gradually opens up its domestic capital market to foreign investors and expands a network of lenders that clears trades in the unit. The yuan, officially called renminbi, overtook the euro in 2013 as the world’s second-most used in trade finance and was the fifth most-popular for global payments in May, according to the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications. Inclusion would also allow China to challenge the greenback’s dominance in global trade and finance.

Did you know that the FBI Director James Comey says police are holding back on doing their jobs for fear of being labeled racists. Comey stated
"Unless you go around and you interview various police departments and various police officers, you're not going to have statistical evidence," he said. "The reality is cops in this country today feel like there's a war against them. They feel like they're not being supported by their governors, by their mayors, by their city administrators and in doing so and having that feeling, I don't think they're going to put themselves on the line."
