AGB put discrimination in black and whit

If you read AGB's web site it asks you to have a bachlors degree in Computers.  AGB claims to be an EEOC Employer but this is discriminating against people who lack the education. This is education discrimination. I also under stand they higher only police officer's which is is also taking jobs away from qualified people. To top it off the SSA accounts that they have only want African American folks patroling their neighborhoods, this is discrimination toward white, hispanics,chineese, and other cultures in Chicago. But yet they claim a EEOC employer sorry this is discrimination and I will send this to the ACLU and scream as loud as I can. It is ok for the black community to scream racism and and hate crimes but they do it to us and we are to stand and take it I think not I think regaurdless if your qualified then you get to work that position your job application should be based on experience and knowledge of the job. Not what they have listed. But I will tell you this everyone of their officer's have my back and I have theirs.

In addition to a strong work ethic and good work record, candidates must have these minimum requirements:

Information Security Requirements

In addition to a strong work ethic and technical skills, candidates must:

• Have a Bachelor’s in a computer related field
• Have a least 5 year work experience
• Be a US Citizen
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be honest and dependable
