Drone Strikes have killed American's

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder says President Obama does not have the authority to use an armed drone against a non-combatant American on U.S. soil. This coming from a guy who added and abeded Mexican drug lords to kill Federal Police officer's we should believe him why.

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul took a stand against tyranny by enduring a long filibuster on the floor of the U.S. Senate. As of this writing, the filibuster is well over 10 hours long and running. In taking this opportunity to take a stand against tyranny, he showed the murderous intent of President Obama and the outright criminal attorney general known as “Mr. Fast & Furious” Eric Holder. It is now clear: The battle lines have been drawn, and the Obama administration considers the entire United States of America to be a “battleground” where he can selectively choose when and where citizens have constitutional protections. At the stroke of a pen, Obama can choose to have you murdered — shot with a weaponized drone — even if you are not engaged in active combat or resurrection of any kind.

A wave of CIA drone strikes targeting al-Qaeda figures in Yemen killed Abdulrahman al-Awlaki, a 16-year-old born in Denver, the third American born citizen was killed in as many weeks by suspected CIA drone strikes.

Obama himself pledged greater transparency in this year’s State of the Union address.
“My administration has worked tirelessly to forge a durable legal and policy framework to guide our counterterrorism operations,” said Obama, who pledged in the “months ahead” to explain policies in an “even more transparent. ” " I will never kill an American with the use of Drones"

Yet if the American is adding the enemy it is treason and the American should stand trial as a US citizen and killed after found guilty of treason then they can be put to death. But to kill him with out trial shows that your being judge jury and executioner.

Breaking News: President or not you decide

U.S. Supreme Court file

On Wednesday, Chief Justice John Roberts of the Supreme Court scheduled a birther case brought on by Orly Taitz which calls into question Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to be president of the United States. Dr. Taitz, a lawyer from Santa Margarita, Calif., As of this writing, major news networks such as ABC, Fox News, CBS, and NBC have yet to report on the high court’s decision to review Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to hold political office in the United States or any of its territories. The case is identified as Edward Noonan, et al., v. Deborah Bowen, California Secretary of State.Obama used forged government documents and fake identification in order to get elected as commander-in-chief. Edward Noonan, et al., contend that if Obama had been ineligible to run in 2008, other Democratic candidates should have replaced him on the presidential ballot. Additionally, electoral votes from states such as California that went towards Obama should have been deemed null and void.
The Supreme Court‘s website shows that docket file no. 12A606 was originally denied by Justice Anthony Kennedy, a Reagan appointee, on Dec. 13. On Jan. 9, Chief Justice Roberts sent Dr. Taitz’s application to the full court for a review scheduled  for Mar. 6.

Obama spent $2 million In tax dollars for legal fees trying on to get away from this issue, and if it weren’t an issue, why wouldn’t he just solve it.

From for the good of Illinois: Fed is opening check book

For The Good of Illinois logo
Isn't it time you got to see it all?
Every dime of United States Government spending from 2000-2011...

ON THURSDAY, IT'S TIME!

Open The Books- United States Government Checkbook

To search government spending, citizens should be able to "google it". If government taxes it and spends it, then we should get to see it- online.
Last week in Washington DC, I met with 15 of the top think tanks, action tanks and public policy groups. For the trillions spent by government, the hundreds of millions by think tanks and campaigns, no-one thought to give the people line-by-line access to the federal checkbook.
But, we did! And, some very smart people loved it...
Tomorrow, we go "beyond google government." It's a game changer!

For the first time in history, we don't have to vent blindly into the darkness. All of us will have specific, detailed information on exactly where our federal tax dollars are spent: contracts, loans, direct payments, insurance payments, and grants. Plus, four years of all farm subsidies and five year salary histories of most federal employees.
We worked around the clock for nine months on this project. And, completed it just in time...

Touch fast and "hyper-localizing" all disclosed federal spending, you can see "every dime" spent in your backyard, your zip code, by vendor or any locale across the country.

The most common response, "I'm in the wrong business."

As our nation grapples with budget, spending and the concept of "sequester", our technology "localizes" all spending... and it's completely mindboggling.

Stay tuned for Thursday, or get an advance look here.

Sarge's Award: man jumps in to Des Plains river

Moments earlier, O’Brien, 26, had spotted the boy running around the intersection of River Road and Miner Street in Des Plaines. He got out of his car about 3:30 p.m. and tried to cajole the boy to safety. No parents were in sight, and dozens of other motorists had passed by without doing anything, O’Brien said.
“He picked up a chunk of snow the size of a football and took off running,” said O’Brien, who chased the boy. The boy scurried down to the concrete embankment of the Des Plaines River, hurled the chunk of snow in the water and stood there mesmerized for a moment. Then he jumped in after it, O’Brien said.
O’Brien, trailing the boy by a few feet, could see the boy’s orange Bears cap beneath the river’s surface, and he jumped in the water, which came up to his waist.
The boy’s hand broke the water’s surface. O’Brien grabbed it and carried the hysterical boy to his SUV and blasted the heat. O’Brien’s girlfriend calmed down the boy by introducing him to the couple’s 10-month-old puppy, Shandy, a border collie/lab mix.

Sarge's Awards: Officer Ziegler of the Winston-Salem, N.C. Police is awarded the Sarges Merit award

ht winston salem police nt 130304 wblog Cops Good Deed Goes Viral
This is what the true meaning of Serve and Protect really means. Whats on the sarges mind is awarding this officer the Merit ribbon.

It was cold, wet and gray in Winston-Salem, N.C., when Police Officer Charlie Ziegler noticed a woman pushing a stroller in the rain.
“I went up to her and said, ‘Get in the car, there’s no reason for you or your baby to be out here,’” Ziegler told ABC News.
Ziegler’s act of chivalry last Tuesday was photographed by a passer-by and posted on Facebook and the officer has been surprised by how popular the photo has become on the internet since, to him, it was a normal act of kindness.
“You see someone and you just help them,” he said.
The woman and her child had only three blocks left before reaching her destination, a daycare center where she works, but Ziegler wanted to get them out of the icy rain.
Ziegler joined the police department four years ago.
“It was one of those, either do it or stop talking about it kind of moments. Right around when the economy went completely down. So I applied and here I am,” said Ziegler.
But the officer doesn’t attribute his good deed to being a policeman. As a husband and father of two young children, Ziegler says even if he was off-duty, he still would have helped the woman.
When off-duty, Ziegler works at First Baptist Church. He said that while providing security there, he often sees the woman who he helped walk by.
Ziegler’s mother-in-law, Donna Johnson, told ABC News that the act was representative of his caring personality.
“He’s just that type of person. Very helpful and outgoing, and he doesn’t want to see anyone in trouble or in need,” said Johnson.
Ziegler’s wife Rachel echoed her mom’s statement. “It’s not a surprising story,” she told ABC News. “It’s very Charlie-esque.”
Rachel Ziegler said she’s surprised by how viral the image has become.
“Last Tuesday I was actually having lunch with him and he told me that someone from the local news had contacted him and it surprised me,” she said. “You would just expect anyone to do that…to save someone from the freezing rain.”
