Real cops doing real work

In some parts of Cook County police officer's deal with the same type of crime like the real cop do in the City of Chicago. This makes any Chicago police officer the badest mother fucker on the force.
Out side Cook County they could only wish they had the tools that Chicago has and the capability they have. In central Illinois in Champaign county Rantoul police arrest anyone that is from Chicago and the States Attorney kicks you out of her county or lies to place you in jail. If you agree to leave the county the charges are dismissed. The cops refer to CRIMINAL Damage to property or Trespassing as a civil matter and then they give you a police notice not to appear. Our Chief investigator is currently looking at this and will be posting on Friday his findings. But we wanted to touch a little bit on this to try to get our readers to chime in on their thoughts. Under the Illinois Criminal code all you have to do is tell a person to leave your property one time or they can be arrested for trespass. I know many security and police officer's who lock up, charge and get convictions on a trespass charge. In Champaign County well we don't know for sure we can speculate that they don't and call it a civil matter. If someone threats to commit battery is classified as assault which any where in Illinois you can be arrested for. In Champaign County well we go right back to that same thing ( under investigation ). In the entire state if you are classified as elderly and your disabled under the law you can be charged with what ever crime was commited on the person who is classified as such. In Illinois if your classified as adisabled or elderly or both and someone threatens you or assaults you, you have legal justification to pull a side arm if the person starts walking like he or she will make good on the assault then you can shoot and kill him. In Champaign County they arrest you put you in jail for a period longer than mandated by the United States Constitution the have a jury trial that takes for ever to start knowing it will violate the right to a fair and speedy trial. In The peopl of Champaign County, Illinois Vs. Sean Dale,was convicted early Friday in Champaign County Common Pleas Court on one count each of felonious assault, having weapons while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. The assault charge was second-degree felony, while the other two charges were misdemeanors.Now court records show that Sean was on pain medications not liquor. State records show Sean was Disabled. Sean has always owned a firearm. Well his buddy came over and started threatening him and when the man started walking toward Sean he felt threatened and shot the man dead.

Chicago has it 440 homicides with only two months remainning. that is half of the vehicle death rate in Illinois which is 880 deaths by vehicle. So keep reading as we inform you what we find out on the Rantoul Police Department.

Multiple Shot throughout the entire City and Obama says Chicago is the Safetest City in the country

About 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Darrius Boyd, 25, was shot on the 8600 block of South Kingston Avenue in the South Chicago neighborhood on the South Side, authorities said.

Boyd sustained a gunshot wound to his head and was taken in critical condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 6:09 p.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner's office and police.

Two men, ages 25 and 18, both cousins, and a 23-year-old pregnant woman were injured in a 5:30 p.m. shooting on the 9400 block of South Rhodes Avenue in the Burnside neighborhood on the Far South Side, police said. A gunman emerged from a gangway and shot them before fleeing in a dark-colored van, police said.

Both men were in critical condition, police said. The 25-year-old was taken to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, and the 18-year-old was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.

The 6-month pregnant woman was hospitalized at Christ and her condition had stabilized,police said. She suffered a wound to her leg.

According to earlier reports from police, the two men died from their wounds, but police said this morning that they are still alive.

At about 2 a.m., three men in their 20s were shot on the 6900 block of South Morgan Street in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side, police said. A 28-year-old man was released from the hospital after being struck in the foot, and the others, ages 25 and 26, were taken with gunshot wounds to the leg to Stroger Hospital and Holy Cross Hospital, where their conditions were stabilized.

The latter two men are believed to have gang affiliations, police said.
Earlier, a 25-year-old man was shot about 10:40 p.m. during a robbery on the 100 block of East 68th Street in the Park Manor neighborhood on the South Side, said News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro, citing preliminary information.
The man had been walking down the sidewalk when a group of males approached him and robbed him, police said. When the man tried to run away, he was shot in the calf.

He was taken to St. Bernard Hospital and Healthcare Center in good condition, police said.

A 14 year-old girl and a 22-year old man were also injured in a drive-by shooting at about 9:20 p.m. on the 1500 block of South Kedvale Avenue in the Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side, police said.

The two had been standing near a street corner when someone fired shots from a light-colored car passing by, police said.

The girl was shot in the lower back and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where she was listed in serious condition, Alfaro said. The man was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital with a gunshot wound to the calf.

Earlier, a teenage boy was shot in the shoulder at about 4 p.m. on the 800 block of East 87th Street in the East Chatham neighborhood on the South Side, Purkiss said. The teen, who is 14 years old, was taken to Comer Children's Hospital on the University of Chicago Hospital campus, where his condition has stabilized.

Also on Sunday, a 14-year-old boy was shot in the left leg at about 2:45 p.m. on the 6200 block of South Rhodes Avenue in the West Woodlawn neighborhood on the South Side, police said. The teen was taken to Comer Children's, where he was listed in good condition, police said.

Two 15-year-old boys were struck by bullets Sunday night at about 10:05 p.m. on the 6900 block of South Halsted Street in Englewood, police said. One of the teens was grazed in the upper back, and the other was struck in the finger. Both were reported to be in good condition.

Someone shot a 21-year-old man sitting on a porch early Sunday in the Lawndale neighborhood.

The victim was on a porch in the 2800 block of South Harding about 2:25 a.m. when someone inside a dark colored sport-utility vehicle that drove past fired shots, hitting him in the back, said Police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro.

Alfaro said the victim’s condition had stabilized and he’d been taken to Mount Sinai Hospital. No one was arrested.

A man was shot and killed early Sunday in the Austin Community on the West Side, police said.
The victim, 21, was on a sidewalk walking with relatives in the 0-100 block of North Central Avenue when a gunman on foot confronted him and shot multiple times in the chest, said police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro.

 36-year-old man was pronounced dead after being shot today on a sidewalk in the East Garfield Park neighborhood, officials said.

The shooting happened at 11:31 a.m. on the 0-100 block of South Pulaski Road, said Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala.

When police responded they found the man dead, laying on the sidewalk with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the head, Zala said.

The man was identified as Claude Snulligan of the 1600 block of South Drake Avenue, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office. He was pronounced dead at the scene, a spokesman said.

18 Shot in Blue Island dead

An 18-year-old man was fatally wounded steps away from his home in south suburban Blue Island, officials said.

Bryant M. Jones of the 2900 block of West 141st Place was shot on the 2800 block of West 141st Place. He was pronounced dead at 1:20 a.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.

There was no immediate information available from the Blue Island Police Department about the circumstances leading up to Jones' death.

GOVERNOR QUINN TEAMS UP WITH MAYOR RAHM EMANUEL TO PROPOSE BILL TO TAX AND BAN YOUR GUNS YOUR IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED

As many of you know, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn today utilized his amendatory veto authority to hijack a pro-gun bill and convert it into a ban on so called assault weapons. Quinn claims that his bill would "...make Illinois a safer place." Of course, lawful Illinois firearm owners know better. We know that Quinn's true aim is to obliterate private firearm ownership in the state. Closer analysis of Quinn's bill reveals a host of opportunities for Quinn and his buddy Emanuel to make life miserable for the state's lawful firearm owners. Here is just a partial list of what this bill would do, if passed: 1. Ban the manufacture, possession or sale of nearly every semiautomatic rifle, pistol and shotgun you own. 2. Specifically ban Glock pistols since they share a common design with the Glock 18, a select fire handgun. 3. Require you to register every semiautomatic firearm and every magazine you own that exceeds 10 round capacity. The kicker is that, under Quinn's proposal, the State Police can charge you unlimited fees to register your guns. Thus if Quinn's bill passes, you could very well find yourself paying $100 or even $1,000 per firearm per year to comply with the law. Additionally, you could find yourself paying $50, $100 or even $500 per year for each "high capacity" magazine you own. Can't pay? Well then you would have to surrender your guns to the State Police for destruction. This is just a taste of what you could expect from Quinn's gun ban. Twists and turns in the bill would certainly open up the doors to taxation, regulation, and outright bans on every civilian owned firearm in the state. Oh, and one thing is for sure, you can forget about concealed carry if Quinn's gun ban passes. ...



Social Security buys ammunition

First it was the Department of Homeland Security, then it was the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and now the Social Security Administration is set to purchase 174,000 rounds of hollow point bullets that will be delivered to 41 locations across the country.

A solicitation posted by the SSA on the FedBizOpps website asks for contractors to supply 174,000 rounds of “.357 Sig 125 grain bonded jacketed hollow point pistol ammunition.” An online ammunition retailer describes the bullets as suitable “for peak performance rivaling and sometimes surpassing handloads in many guns,” noting that the ammo is “a great personal defense bullet.”

The synopsis to the solicitation adds that the ammunition is to be shipped to 41 locations within 60 days of purchase. A separate spreadsheet lists those locations, which include the Social Security headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland as well as major cities across the country including Los Angeles, Detroit, Oklahoma City, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Denver, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Seattle.

Hollow point bullets are designed to expand as they enter the body, causing maximum damage by tearing apart internal organs.

It’s not outlandish to suggest that the Social Security Administration is purchasing the bullets as part of preparations for civil unrest. Social security welfare is estimated to keep around 40 per cent of senior citizens out of poverty. Should the tap run dry in the aftermath of an economic collapse which the Federal Reserve has already told top banks to prepare for, domestic disorder could ensue if people are refused their benefits. ...
