Emanual marries Quinn in a ammunition tax called violance tax

GOVERNOR QUINN TEAMS UP WITH MAYOR RAHM EMANUEL TO PROPOSE BILL TO TAX AND BAN YOUR GUNS

YOUR IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED
As many of you know, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn today utilized his amendatory veto authority to hijack a pro-gun bill and convert it into a ban on so called assault weapons. Quinn claims that his bill would "...make Illinois a safer place."

Of course, lawful Illinois firearm owners know better. We know that Quinn's true aim is to obliterate private firearm ownership in the state. Closer analysis of Quinn's bill reveals a host of opportunities for Quinn and his buddy Emanuel to make life miserable for the state's lawful firearm owners.

Here is just a partial list of what this bill would do, if passed:

1. Ban the manufacture, possession or sale of nearly every semiautomatic rifle, pistol and shotgun you own.

2. Specifically ban Glock pistols since they share a common design with the Glock 18, a select fire handgun.

3. Require you to register every semiautomatic firearm and every magazine you own that exceeds 10 round capacity. The kicker is that, under Quinn's proposal, the State Police can charge you unlimited fees to register your guns. Thus if Quinn's bill passes, you could very well find yourself paying $100 or even $1,000 per firearm per year to comply with the law. Additionally, you could find yourself paying $50, $100 or even $500 per year for each "high capacity" magazine you own. Can't pay? Well then you would have to surrender your guns to the State Police for destruction.

This is just a taste of what you could expect from Quinn's gun ban. Twists and turns in the bill would certainly open up the doors to taxation, regulation, and outright bans on every civilian owned firearm in the state.

Oh, and one thing is for sure, you can forget about concealed carry if Quinn's gun ban passes. ...

Social Security buys ammunition

Preparing for civil unrest? Ammunition to be delivered to 41 locations across U.S. Paul Joseph Watson Infowars.com Wednesday, August 15, 2012

First it was the Department of Homeland Security, then it was the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and now the Social Security Administration is set to purchase 174,000 rounds of hollow point bullets that will be delivered to 41 locations across the country.

A solicitation posted by the SSA on the FedBizOpps website asks for contractors to supply 174,000 rounds of “.357 Sig 125 grain bonded jacketed hollow point pistol ammunition.” An online ammunition retailer describes the bullets as suitable “for peak performance rivaling and sometimes surpassing handloads in many guns,” noting that the ammo is “a great personal defense bullet.”

The synopsis to the solicitation adds that the ammunition is to be shipped to 41 locations within 60 days of purchase. A separate spreadsheet lists those locations, which include the Social Security headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland as well as major cities across the country including Los Angeles, Detroit, Oklahoma City, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Denver, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Seattle.

Hollow point bullets are designed to expand as they enter the body, causing maximum damage by tearing apart internal organs.

It’s not outlandish to suggest that the Social Security Administration is purchasing the bullets as part of preparations for civil unrest. Social security welfare is estimated to keep around 40 per cent of senior citizens out of poverty. Should the tap run dry in the aftermath of an economic collapse which the Federal Reserve has already told top banks to prepare for, domestic disorder could ensue if people are refused their benefits. ...

Remember the man who took Daley to court over the 2nd Amendment

Pastor Kenn Blanchard let me know earlier today that Second Amendment hero Otis McDonald was admitted to the ICU at a Chicago hospital. He was admitted for a cerebral blood clot. Mr. McDonald has been a fighter all of his life but this may be his toughest battle.

Kenn didn't know Mr. McDonald's current condition but requested prayers for him. I second that and would add that we need to keep his family in our prayers as well
Otis McDonald, the man for whom the landmark 2010 Second Amendment victory before the U.S. Supreme Court, essentially nullifying the Chicago handgun ban, will be a headliner at the upcoming Gun Rights Policy Conference, sponsored by the Bellevue-based Second Amendment Foundation.

This year’s event, to be held at the Hyatt Regency located in the airport terminal complex at Orlando, Fla., is co-sponsored by the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.

McDonald was one of five individual plaintiffs in the historic case, which incorporated the Second Amendment to the states via the 14th Amendment. That case, filed by SAF almost immediately after the 2008 high court ruling was announced in District of Columbia v. Dick Anthony Heller – affirming that the right to keep and bear arms is an individual civil right – was joined by the Illinois State Rifle Association.

SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan Gottlieb confirmed to the Examiner that McDonald will be at GRPC, which runs Sept. 28-30. There is still time to pre-register for the free event, and on Tuesday, SAF and CCRKBA staffers in Bellevue were busily packing five full palates of books and other giveaway materials that are in transit to Orlando.

McDonald is a soft-spoken gentleman of the proverbial “old school.” Profiled in a 2010 Weekly Standard article, the 78-year-old McDonald epitomizes the "American story." Born in the Deep South, he migrated north to Chicago when he was a 17-year-old and pulled himself up from a starting job as a janitor to the position of maintenance engineer. He married, bought a home on Chicago’s far South Side, and began raising a family. And now his name is permanently etched into the framework of U.S. history; not bad for a teenager who started out with virtually nothing but a work ethic and some dreams that all teens seem to share.

It was only after his home was broken into and he was threatened once by a neighborhood thug that McDonald traveled to Springfield for a gun rights rally and was transformed from a neighborhood activist into a future gun rights icon. All he wanted was a gun to defend his home and family, and what he encountered was a city ordinance that essentially mandated that he and his neighbors resign themselves to victimhood.

SAF learned about McDonald and went to work with attorneys Alan Gura in Virginia and David Sigale in Chicago. It took two years for the case to reach the Supreme Court, with Gura arguing for the plaintiffs. The court also heard from attorney Paul D. Clements, representing the National Rifle Association, which had a similar case against Chicago.

Last year when the GRPC convened in Chicago, McDonald, with his proud family looking on, was honored with the CCRKBA Lifetime Achievement award. The standing ovation was the kind reserved for genuine heroes.

Since its Supreme Court victory, SAF has been very busy, filing lawsuits all over the map and so far racking up a fair number of wins in the lower courts. There have been wins in Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina and in a follow-up suit in Chicago over that city’s new handgun ordinance, and that just scratches the surface.

SAF, CCRKBA and NRA teamed up to strike down the attempt by Seattle to ban firearms in city parks, solidifying Washington’s model preemption statute on gun regulation.

In the legal arena, SAF might be likened to the Little Engine that Could; an organization with a very small staff and good attorneys that just keeps chugging and winning. Gottlieb believes a major reason for this is because “We find good plaintiffs and good causes.”

They also put together a good conference, now in its 27th year. This gathering brings together many if not most of the “Top Guns” in the firearms community for a weekend of panel discussions and networking with grassroots activists from all over the country. Many will be coming just to meet McDonald and shake his hand. He was willing to take on one of the most powerful city halls in the country, and win. ...

True News USA reports we ask you the reader is this fact or fiction

Yes this is fact True News sources say that if Obama is not re-elected the monkeys will come out of their zoo's and riot. Oh my mistake the people will riot.

Despite the issue receiving national media attention, Black Obama supporters continue to threaten to riot if Mitt Romney wins the presidential election, raising the prospect of civil unrest if Obama fails to secure a second term.

The new threats continue to dominate Twitter and the vast majority make no reference to press coverage of the issue over the last week, illustrating the fact that they are a legitimate expression of how many Obama voters plan to respond if Romney comes out on top, and not merely a reaction to media hype.

An Infowars.com story written by Michael Snyder which was picked up by the Drudge Report over the weekend and has since gone viral documented how Twitter was flooded with messages from black Obama supporters threatening to riot, a sign that “whichever side loses this election will accuse the other side of stealing the election.”

The story was subsequently picked up by innumerable media outlets. Highly respected economist and philosopherThomas Sowell also voiced his concerns that race riots could ensue if Obama is not re-elected.

Checking Twitter feeds this morning, we discovered that threats to riot on behalf of Obama supporters are still flooding in, with the users seemingly unaware of the fact that the media has now picked up on the buzz.

We checked the Twitter accounts and virtually all of them are owned by people who have made hundreds or thousands of previous tweets, proving they are genuine accounts and not fakes.

Examples of what people are saying include the following;

“If obama dont get re-elected & romney wins .. on life every white persons getting pistol whipped and im startin a riot.” (SOURCE)

“If Obama don’t win lets start a riot so Romney know what he’s getting himself into.” (SOURCE)

“You know you ain’t shit if you gotta “MAKE” Mafukas vote for ROMNEY ! …. Mannnn OBAMA better get back in office . Or BLACK FOLKS will riot.” (SOURCE)

“If Romney wins im goin on a rampage.” (SOURCE)

“If Mitt Romney wins the election I think its our duties as Black folks to riot and fuck shit up.” (SOURCE)

“If every action IS met with an equal and opposite reaction ..what should workers do to employers if Romney’s elected? #Riot in the streets!!” (SOURCE)

“If Romney becomes president let’s all start a riot.” (SOURCE)

“I Heard Mitt Romney , Tryna Take Away Food Stamps , If He Do .”IMA START A RIOT , IMA START A RIOT.” (SOURCE)

“If romney wins, imma start a mf’n riot! Rns.” (SOURCE)

Although most of the individuals posting the messages don’t even attempt to justify why they plan to riot, others have pointed to fears about a Romney administration withdrawing or limiting government handouts.

Gary Johnson is who we support

For more videos click here Gary Johnson for president

We support the nominee for president

Below this article is a link to read more. With Gary Johnson there will be no IRS there will be jobs and a national right to carry in all 50 states along with a fair tax.

Governor Johnson, who has been referred to as the ‘most fiscally conservative Governor’ in the country, was the Republican Governor of New Mexico from 1995-2003.
A successful businessman before running for office in 1994, Gov. Johnson started a door-to-door handyman business to help pay his way through college. Twenty years later, he had grown the firm into one of the largest construction companies in New Mexico with over 1,000 employees. Not surprisingly, Governor Johnson brings a distinctly business-like mentality to governing, believing that decisions should be made based on cost-benefit analysis rather than strict ideology.
Johnson is best known for his veto record, which includes over 750 vetoes during his time in office, more than all other governors combined and his use of the veto pen has since earned him the nickname “Governor Veto.” He cut taxes 14 times while never raising them. When he left office, New Mexico was one of only four states in the country with a balanced budget.
Term-limited, Johnson retired from public office in 2003. An avid skier, adventurer, and bicyclist, he has reached the highest peak on four of the seven continents, including Mt. Everest.
In 2009, after becoming increasingly concerned with the country’s out-of-control national debt and precarious financial situation, the Governor formed the OUR America Initiative, a 501c(4) non-profit that promotes fiscal responsibility, civil liberties, and rational public policy. He traveled to more than 30 states and spoke to over 150 conservative and libertarian groups during his time as Honorary Chairman.
He has two grown children- a daughter Seah and a son Erik and currently resides in a house he built himself in Taos, New Mexico.

Scaled the highest peaks of 4 continents, including Everest.

Competed in the Bataan Memorial Death March, a 25 mile desert run in combat boots wearing a 35 pound backpack.

Participating in Hawaii’s invitation-only Ironman Triathlon Championship, several times.

Mountain biked the eight day Adidas TransAlps Challenge in Europe.

Spending and deficite:

1

Balance the Budget

THE U.S. IS BORROWING OR PRINTING MORE than 40 cents of every dollar the government spends today. The math is simple: Federal spending must be cut not by millions or billions, but by trillions. And it must be done today.

It's time to:
  • Submit a Balanced Budget to Congress, not five or ten years down the road, but in 2013.
  • End excessive spending, bloated stimulus programs, unnecessary farm subsidies, and earmarks.
  • Reassess the role of the federal government and identify responsibilities that can be met more efficiently by the private sector.
  • Recognize that you can't have limited government at home, but big government abroad.

2

Enact Responsible Entitlement Reform

MOST PEOPLE IN WASHINGTON SEEM TO THINK that we can control spending and balance the budget without reforming Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. This is lunacy.

  • Identify and implement common-sense cost savings to place Medicare on a path toward long-term solvency.
  • Block grant Medicare and Medicaid funds to the states, allowing them to innovate, find efficiencies and provide better service at lower cost.
  • Repeal President Obama's healthcare plan, as well as the failed Medicare prescription drug benefit.
  • Fix Social Security by changing the escalator from being based on wage growth to inflation. It's time for Social Security to reflect today's realities without breaking trust with retirees.

3

Audit the Federal Reserve

THE FEDERAL RESERVE SHOULD BE TRANSPARENT and its actions held to the same level of scrutiny as any federal department.

  • The American people deserve to know the extent to which the Fed has purchased private assets at home and abroad.
  • Many Americans have become interested in the Federal Reserve in recent years. America's representatives in Washington, D.C. need to also become a lot more interested in how this government institution affects the American economy.
  • The role and the activities of the Federal Reserve are long overdue for examination, reassessment, and ultimately, thoughtful reform. Can the Federal Reserve pursue both stable prices and full employment, or does its currency manipulation cause malinvestment, inflation, and prolonged unemployment?
  • Conduct an audit to provide true transparency of the Federal Reserve's lending practices.
  • Establish clear Congressional oversight.
  • Get the Federal Reserve out of the business of creating money, quantitative easing and other efforts to override the free market.

1

Cut Spending

THIS RECESSION HAS FORCED FAMILIES AND BUSINESSES across America to make hard choices and limit their expenditures. We must now expect our elected officials to make the tough calls that will keep our government on a sustainable path moving forward. We must restrain spending across the board:

  • Revise the terms of entitlement programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security, which threaten to bankrupt the nation's future.
  • Eliminate the costly and ineffective military interventions in Iraq and Afghanistan; limit defense spending to actions that truly protect the United States.
  • Stop spending on the fiscal stimulus, transportation, energy, housing, and all other special interests. The U.S. must restrain spending across the board.

2

Cut Taxes

THE U.S. TAX SYSTEM IMPOSES AN ENORMOUS toll on productivity through high marginal rates, absurd complexity, loopholes for the well-connected, and incentives for wasteful decisions. A better, fairer system will be:

  • Abolish the Internal Revenue Service.
  • Enact the Fair Tax to tax expenditures, rather than income, with a 'prebate' to make spending on basic necessities tax free.
  • With the Fair Tax, eliminate business taxes, withholding and other levies that penalize productivity, while creating millions of jobs.
  • Suggested Reading: www.FairTax.org

3

Reduce Federal Involvement in the Economy

MUCH FEDERAL INTERVENTION IS A PAYOUT TO special interests or counterproductive meddling that stifles competition, innovation, and growth.

We should:
  • Reject auto and banking bailouts, state bailouts, corporate welfare, cap-and-trade, card check, and the mountain of regulation that protects special interests rather than benefiting consumers or the economy.
  • Restrict Federal Reserve policy to maintaining price stability, not bailing out financial firms or propping up the housing sector.
  • Eliminate government support of Fannie and Freddie.
  • Reduce or eliminate federal involvement in education; let states expand successful reforms such as vouchers and charter schools.
  • Legalize, tax, and regulate marijuana, rather than wasting money on an expensive and futile prohibition.
  • Eliminate needless barriers to free trade and make it easier for would-be legal immigrants to apply for work visas.

1

End the assault on privacy

THE FREEDOMS ON WHICH AMERICA WAS FOUNDED are now under attack from the very people charged with protecting and upholding them.

  • The PATRIOT Act should be repealed, which would restore proper judicial oversight to federal investigations and again require federal investigators to prove probable cause prior to executing a search.
  • Habeas corpus should be respected entirely, requiring the government to either charge incarcerated individuals with a crime or release them.
  • The TSA should take a risk-based approach to airport security. Only high-risk individuals should be subjected to invasive pat-downs and full-body scans.
  • The TSA should not have a monopoly on airport security. Airports and airlines should be encouraged to seek the most effective methods for screening travelers, including private sector screeners. Screeners outside of government can be held fully accountable for their successes and failures.

2

Government must be neutral on personal beliefs

WE ARE A NATION OF MANY PEOPLES and beliefs. The only way to respect all citizens is to allow each to make personal decisions themselves.

Life is precious and must be protected. A woman should be allowed to make her own decisions during pregnancy until the point of viability of a fetus.

Stem cell research should only be completed by private laboratories that operate without federal funding.

Government should not impose its values upon marriage. It should allow marriage equality, including gay marriage. It should also protect the rights of religious organizations to follow their beliefs.

GARY JOHNSON Will Protect Our Gun Rights (Video)

1

Treat 2nd Amendment Rights

TREAT 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS AS THE INDIVIDUAL constitutional rights they are.

Many argue that the 2nd Amendment doesn't really apply to individuals. Would those same people suggest that rights to free speech, association or religious freedom don't apply to individuals?

2

Our Freedom

DO NOT NEGOTIATE AWAY OUR FREEDOMS IN the name of safety.

From the United Nations to city council chambers across the nation, gun rights are constantly under attack from those who believe, mistakenly, that restricting our right to own firearms legally will somehow make us safer.

Senator Thompson's son say vote Obama back to Kenya

Jason Thompson son of the Senator
Senator Tommy Thompson

Wisconsin GOP Senate candidate Tommy Thompson's son delivered some head-turning thoughts on the presidential election Sunday morning.
In a clip posted on YouTube from a Republican Party Of Kenosha County brunch event, Jason Thompson commented that "we have the opportunity" to send President Barack Obama "back to Chicago -- or Kenya," drawing applause from the crowd.
Republican National Committee Chair Reince Priebus was among the other speakers, adding that "we have an opportunity to save America" by electing Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.
Shorewood (Wis.) Patch reports that Tommy Thompson, who was not at the event, told reporters that he had not seen the video. A spokesperson for his campaign told BuzzFeed that "Jason Thompson said something he should not have, and he apologizes."
Last Tuesday, a protest against Obama in Santa Clara, Calif. featured similar racial undertones, including a noose, watermelons, and a sign that read "Go back to Kenya you idiot."
Obama's Kenya ties include a distant father who was born there. In a 2006 appearance at the University of Nairobi, the president noted that he did not visit the country until 1987.

If you agree send Thompson an email stating to back his son.
